Update for RegLevel

It has come to our attention that some users of RegLevel have been experiencing issues creating and saving their redirects. Thanks to Keith Bieneman of Subway Tile we’ve been able to isolate and fix the bug. We’ve also identified a potential problem with users of WordPress version 2.7.1. We’re using a few newer escape functions to protect your admin pages from Javascript injection – unfortunately these functions were introduced in WordPress 2.8.

Since anything earlier than WordPress 2.8.4 is considered insecure, we’ve decided to tighten our upgrade restrictions. RegLevel users must now upgrade to at least WordPress 2.8 to use the plug-in. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and if you absolutely need to use an older version of the system, please contact us and let us know. We’ll do what we can to help.

New Website

This just in! We have a new website!

We’ve upgraded much of our website to support our on-going expansion beyond just traditional book publishing. You now have access to all of our services, not just the books we’ve published. The upgrade will continue as we have yet to install a few features.

Notably, you cannot access our WordPress plug-ins at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience and will have those pages back up very soon.

You will also note that our online store is also offline. We’re upgrading the store as you read this and hope to have a new, fully-functional store ready in a few weeks. For the time being, you can still order our books online through Amazon.com:

ISBN Registration

This just in, we have received our first block of ISBNs. It’s only a 10-number block, but it still gives us access to a wider range of distribution and printing options. Now that step 1 is complete, we plan to have our first two books released next month!

I find myself asking this question far too often to be happy with it. Chances are good that you feel the same way. Our ideas and opinions are huge, but our voices are too small to overcome the static created by the blog-o-sphere, the evening news, and the New York Times’ best seller list.
